Strength and Fitness

Strength and Fitness is a workout that is tailored to each individual. We will work through a program of weight lifting techniques that will improve your strength, increase your bone density and reduce risk of injury. Completing this workout will boost your energy levels and help raise your metabolism.

No previous experience in weight lifting is necessary.

Bungee Mix

Bungee Mix is a high-cardio, core-strengthening and low-impact fitness program. Our quality bungee classes are stimulating workouts rooted in choreography, laughter and fun. Participants can expect to feel supported as they soar to new heights!

Aerial Pilates

Our Pilates classes are the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and stability, bridging the gap between fitness and yoga. Using a variety of band strengths, we will work on every muscle in your body! This is suited to all abilities and goals. If you want to improve your posture, reduce the risk of injury, strengthen your muscles ... Or even to relax, this class is just for you!

Mantra Boxersize

Our boxing workout is a total body workout engaging the chest, shoulders, legs and core. Each member will have their own punch bag and gloves set-up within your own training zone (feel free to bring in your own gloves if you required!).

This is suited to all abilities whether you have boxed before or if you're a complete beginner - All abilities welcome!

Aerial Abs

Aerial Abs is a Unique workout focused solely on your abdominal muscles. We will take you through various exercises using our silks and other props along the way!

This class is all about building strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, helping you improve your functional strength and assist in injury prevention.

Bounce and Neon Bounce

Mantra Bounce is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline. Jumps can be fast or slow and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping. Bounce can help work the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthen your bone density ... Whilst having bags of FUN - Especially Neon Bounce in a slightly darker room with Neon Bands!
